1. Definitions

  • “Club” means Manchester Storm Ice Hockey Club.
  • “Season Ticket” means a ticket granting the holder entry to all designated home games during the season.
  • “Holder” means the person who purchases or is in possession of a Season Ticket.

2. Purchase and Payment

  • All Season Tickets must be purchased online through the Club’s official website or authorised sales channels.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless the Club offers and you agree to a payment plan.
  • All payments must be made on time, including those made under any payment plan. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or cancellation of the Season Ticket without refund.
  • Season Tickets are valid only for the season stated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

  • Season Tickets will be delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
  • The Holder is responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate so that tickets can be delivered.

4. Use of Season Ticket

  • Seats are guaranteed as chosen at the time of purchase. However, the Club reserves the right to move the Holder to an alternative seat if necessary and will offer an equivalent seat wherever possible.
  • A Season Ticket grants the Holder entry to designated home games only.
  • The Holder must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and directions given by staff or stewards.

5. Transfer & Resale

  • Season Tickets are personal to the Holder and may not be sold, transferred, lent, or used by anyone other than the named Holder without the prior written consent of the Club.
  • Allowing another person to use your Season Ticket to gain entry is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Cancellation, Revocation & Suspension

  • The Club reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or cancel any Season Ticket — and any other tickets associated with the Holder — without refund if, in its sole discretion, the Holder:
    • Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
    • Engages in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or dangerous to staff, players, officials, or other spectators.
    • Damages Club property or the venue.
    • Fails to comply with safety or security instructions.
    • Is reported by the venue or other authorities for behaviour or other activity that the Club considers inappropriate or harmful.
  • The Club may cancel a Season Ticket for other operational or safety reasons, but will normally offer a refund on a pro-rata basis unless the cancellation is due to the Holder’s misconduct.

7. Refunds

  • Except as set out above, Season Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be made for games that are postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Schedule

  • The Club reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of any game. It is the Holder’s responsibility to check the Club’s website and official communications for updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Club is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Holder, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
